Ordering Policy

Low Order Fee
We do not have a minimum order size requirement, and we welcome all orders, big and small. We do, however, charge a low-order fee of $5.50 (incl GST) to all orders with a total product price of less than $50.00.  As a wholesaler, our profit margins are much less than if our customers were paying retail prices. It takes almost as much time to process a small order as a large one, with minimal profit; therefore we apply this fee to assist with covering handling and packaging costs for smaller orders.

If the item is not as described, faulty, or not suitable for the function intended as agreed by Tasty Temptations when ordering, we offer a full money back guarantee, provided the item has not been altered, consumed or damaged in any way. Please note that some pictures are not a complete representation of the goods, as manufacturers do vary packaging and colouring from time to time. Pictures are to provide a representation of the product only and may vary somewhat to the final product, particularly the colour shades, which may also look different on different computer screens. Request for a return must be made with out delay, generally with in 24 hours of receipt where practical.

Refund Policy 
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase because it is not as described, faulty, or not suitable for the function intended as agreed by Tasty Temptations when ordering, please contact us within three working days to arrange an exchange or refund. Tasty Temptations must be contacted and agreeable to a refund or exchange, prior to goods being returned for this purpose.  Goods will be refunded or exchanged, at the discretion of Tasty Temptations, if it is deemed that the goods left our premises in a manner we agree deemed the goods to be faulty, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable according to the description as provided by Tasty Temptations.  The goods must be in original condition, not be altered, consumed, damaged or used in any way whatsoever, from the way they were received by the purchaser.  Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping, and the perishable nature of the product range, goods cannot be returned for refund or exchange simply because the purchaser changed their mind on their requirements.

Payment of Invoices
After an order is placed, Tasty Temptations will process the order to ensure that all goods ordered are available, and that the freight estimate provided is correct.  If any items need to be adjusted, this will be done, then a confirmed invoice will be emailed, with a link for payment.  Please do not make any payment to Tasty Temptations until this invoice is received and checked to ensure it meets your requirements.  You are welcome to cancel your order if any of these changes are unsatisfactory to you, simply by sending an email requesting cancellation.

Delivery Times
Tasty Temptations endeavour to ship orders the same within two (2) working days of payment being received, where possible. We are not obligated to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and have received payment in full. Goods are not dispatched on Fridays, so they are not sitting in Transport Company warehouses over the weekend, where possible.

Tasty Temptations carry on hand a large inventory so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time.  However, at times it is possible that the product you have ordered may be out of stock for the moment, hence not immediately available.  We endeavour at all times to have items available within a reasonable period, usually 7-10 working days.  Should this not be the case, we will inform you immediately and you can decide if you would like to proceed with the order, prior to payment.  In the unlikely event that goods are delayed once payment is received, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment made, in full, as long as the goods have not been dispatched.

Due to the nature of online shopping being setup for those who want the convenience and savings of in home shopping – internet orders can only be shipped via secure Postage and Freight. Collection is possible but strictly by appointment only. Alternatively, goods can be collected by a courier arranged by you, via prior arrangement, however responsibility for the goods passes to the purchaser once they have left Tasty Temptation’s premises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by agreeing to our Order Policy at the time of placing an order.

Conditions of Use
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and services, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods, including passing your details onto Couriers and other subcontractors.  Please also review our Privacy Policy

Tasty Temptations are not obligated to supply goods until payment is received in full. When paying by direct debit, a confirmation of EFT transfer does not guarantee that the payment is received by Tasty Temptations.  If any payment is not received, cheques not cleared, or credit card payments are reversed/stopped, and the goods have already been despatched, the Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred in the collection of these monies.  These matters will be handed over to a Debt Collection Agency, and the Purchaser will be liable for all order costs as well as Debt Collection fees.  By placing an Order Online, the Purchase accepts these terms and conditions.

Incorrect Listings
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then you will be notifed immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. Tasty Temptations are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner.  It is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.  All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.
